KNIPEX 9.5-Inch Ultra-High Leverage Lineman's Pliers

KNIPEX Tools has completely redesigned their Lineman's Pliers series to make them easier to cut with, saving users time and energy. The rivet has been reduced in size and moved closer to the jaws to create an ultra-high leverage design, resulting in 25% easier cutting power. Additionally, the recess on the back now has an oval-shaped design, which works better on thicker, round, or oval-shaped cable. The design has also created a great way to deburr conduit pipes; by opening the jaws slightly for a round shape and inserting the conduit.

This new lineman's design is not only making the product more competitive in the market, but it is also set to become the new design to beat. The high-leverage New England style linesman pliers require 40% less effort due to the lever action. There is an additional gripping zone below the articulated joint for powerful leverage and pressing performance. The effective crosswise serrated gripping zone in the jaws provides strong gripping and pulling capabilities.

The cutting edges are an approximate 64 HRC and will cut through soft and hard wire. The cutting capacities are 4.6 mm for medium-hard wire and 3.0 mm for hard wire. The serrated cross-hatched knurled gripping zone on the jaws provides excellent pulling and gripping capabilities. The precise induction-hardened (64 HRC) cutting edges ensure long life and easy cutting of soft, hard, and ACSR wire, while the dual-component grips provide added comfort.
